Owloo

Hi, I’m Owloo! I am an artist and illustrator based in central Iowa. I’ve drawn my whole life, with notebooks full of doodles my parents kept from the early 2000’s. As a child my favorite was drawing concepts for original Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. During high school and college I dropped the pencil, not picking it up again until graduating college. Now, I travel to conventions all across the United States sharing my love of anime, manga, and video games through artwork and trinkets of my own design! Besides fan art, I also love drawing my own original characters that I (selfishly) show off at my booth.

My medium is digital, primarily using Clip Studio Paint and a Huion Kanvas Pro 16 drawing tablet. For on-the-go drawing I switch between an iPad Pro with Procreate or a traditional sketchbook and pen depending on my mood.

I have one cat and many neocaridina shrimp and I love all of them.
